I am getting bored witht he same old menu. Boredom tome means danger as I fall off the healthy eating wagon!!!

Lately I have had salad most days. I swapped greens for broccoli slaw, add tuna, veggies and a little feta cheese. Its good, but now I need some new ideas please.
I like to try and keep my lunch under 300 calories.

My lunches are usually 250-350 calories. Most days this is leftovers (today is leftover roasted root vegetables and some string cheese). But some other non-leftover options I have for around 300 calories are:

--Cans of Campbell's Healthy Request soups (these are usually 300-350 calories and not too high in sodium).
--Flat Out whole grain wrap with hummus, dark green leafy green, cucumber, chopped scallions and shredded carrots.
--Cottage cheese with tomatoes on a bed of dark leafy greens.
--Hummus or peanut butter with apple wedges or veggie sticks
