This morning I started the Biggest Loser Power Walk DVD.
Love it! Nice to get the day off to a good start.
I was wondering which DVD would be good to do next.
I am 51, 6 ft., getting into shape, but have a long way to go.
No injuries, but low impact is required.
My leg strength is not where it should be .... lunges, etc. are really giving me a hard time.
I'd like to try the 30day shred at some point, but was wondering where I should turn for intermediate fitness videos once I finish the power walk one.
I've been doing Leslie Sansone and Denise Austin walking videos for a couple of months now. The BL Power Walk DVD is certainly a step up in "work."
Thanks for your replies.
