New to this and need some motivation!!!

Hi! I am Olivia, I am 24yrs old and trying to lose this weight before it gets too out of control! I have about 50+ lbs to lose and could use all the support!!! I have lots of hobbies from zumba to softball to horseback riding!!! Only set back to my weight loss goal is I sit at work for 12hrs a day!!! Feel free to send me a message!

    Welcome...I totally get the long hours thing, I work 60 hours a week, and I either have to do it super early AM, my preference, or later at night after dinner is prepared for the family, dishes, bat/bedtime for the little one, etc, etc...sometimes it isn't until midnight.

    What are your goals?

    Welcome!!! We are all here to help motivate. I know it is no fun working at a desk for 12 hours, but the Zuumba will help you burn lots of calories.

    Try to bring your own meals for work and that will also be helpfull.

    Hi everyone! Thanks for the quick response! My main goal is to be back in a 2 piece by summer and be comfortable in it. I have always been extremely active especially in school but now that I work I seem to be gaining weight very rapidly... I also would just like to be healthy and have the energy for the things I used to...especially since I am 24yrs old....
