Hi there,
Months ago I started using myfitnesspal, and kept up with it religiously. Then, I hurt myself & completely fell off the wagon. I have the extreme mentality of "go hard or sit on your *kitten*". How can I change this? I have wonderful intentions in the beginning, but I end up starting wayyyy to hard & injuring myself. Then, I never start back up. I'm so young, I should not be this unhealthy. I stepped on the scale this morning - I am at (ugh) 197 even. I'm a housewife, so there is no reason that I cannot be exercising everyday. Does anyone have any ideas/plans to guide me into this slowly, but effectively? I know I can do this, I have done it before. I just really need to get back there.

Hello there. I am a housewife too and I started at 197 even as well. I did so horrible all last week thanks to AF and I gained (some of which I hope is water weight) Anyway this is about 3 1/2 weeks I have been on here I think and lost 5 lbs so far. Feel free to add me!!0
