My weight hasn't changed in a while because I am having the worst cookie cravings. I can't get enough of them! I am burning at least 300 plus calories a day plus 1000 calories on Sat. for my half-marathon training and my weight is just the same because I can't stop eating cookies! I am trying my best this week to start fresh and not eat them. I hope your cravings will pass.0

I think it's in the water! I just make sure I have enough room to eat them because I'm having a heck of a time resisting!0

Try graham crackers instead. They have the sweetness of a cookie, but they are low cal in moderation of course.0

Yup and unless you exercise self discipline the cycle will continue with sugar and insulin peaks and troughs. Next time you're hungry, have a protein snack - *SHOULD* help.
Yeast triggers my incessant cravings x0 -
I probably respond with this too often, but what truly helps me is oatmeal with a spoon of dark chocolate peanut butter earlier in the day. This has helped my sweet tooth but it also helps my appetite overall.0

Craving sugars and carbs are normal. I personally am addicted to it, that's why when I'm hungry, or even if I'm not I always just crave those two specific items.0
