Hi Ladies!
I recently joined LOA fitness and just looking to see if there are any other ladies on here who are current members. I am just starting to make a lifestyle change and I am looking to stay motivated. After having 2 kids and a husband I am taking some much needed time to get back in shape and live healthier. Are there any fun classes you have attended? Please add me, I need to stay motivated.
