On the Diet Train....Day 1!!

Hello all--I am a fulltime working mom of 3 amazing young boys and a wife to a wonderful man. I just had my 3rd child on May 8, 2011 and I have not lost any of the baby fat yet. I had an easier time with my other boys, but this time, I just can't seem to get going. I realized that I needed to do something when my mother-in-law who was only 63 years old died suddenly of a heart attack on January 3rd. It has been devastating to our family. She had many complications from diabetes and getting her eating under control. She didn't like to exercise. She was the best Grandma to my boys and they miss her dearly. She is my inspiration because I want to show my boys that they need to take care of themselves and can be a great person while doing it. It has shown me that we somewhat control our destiny and it takes will power to get there. My husband is the greatest and he supports me whenever I need it, so he is the one that told me that I should start doing something for myself....I enjoyed working out before I had kids, so I hope that it comes back!! Anyhow, just wanted to say hi and if anyone has any words of wisdom and encouragement, I would love to hear them....
