Question for women over 55 who have lost a lot of weight.

Hi, I now weigh 204 and am setting my goal to 135 or140. I'm 63 and my skin is not as resillient and springy as it used to be.
My question is, is there any chance that at my age, I won't have the flaps of skin that have not shrunk back. And if indeed, the skin d does not go back tight at my age, what does one do to camouflage it?

Sorry, I can't help you. I am 54 and also concerned if I lose a lot of weight, is my fat just going to sag. I have seen this on women, and even though they have lots tons of weight, it sometimes doesn't appear that way, because they have to cloth all the saggy hanging fat. I really do worry about that for me. You saying it shrinks back gives me some hope. I have my goal set at 200 at the moment. When I get there, I can change it.0
