shakeology vs herbalife

What's the difference in the two? Anyone out there use either of them?

I was doing the herbalife thing for a couple weeks, truth is I don't like doing shakes as a meal replacement, it's not fulfilling. Is that the only way it's meant to be used?

As far as shakeology, how's it work? Is it a meal replacement?

    I did herbalife for a little bit but it wasn't satisfying so i haven't touched it in a while.

    so much more filling having a big tuna salad
