How do you cook it, and what dishes, smoothies...etc. do you make with it?

I cut up firm stlye tofu into squares and fry it then add it to stir fry veges, noodles and salads. If I'm cooking for others I will marinate the tofu in soya sauce and sometimes i will add a bit of sweet chilli sauce too0

I fry it in a plan with a little olive oil and then I put it in a spinach salad. I drain the tofu, cut it in squares, coat the pan with spray on olive oil and cook each side until golden brown. I spritz a little teriyaki on it and put it in separate containers so that I can warm it slightly and put on my salads.0

Tofu is great with almost anything! Just look up some recipes for tofu online. I like sticking it in things like fajita sauteed veggies, really, anywhere you could put a meat, I just put tofu in.
It's delicious!0 -

Yups just like me! Once they are cut in cubes and fried a little I usually like to have them anywhere salty, so with cooked veggies or in a soup or in a salad.
There are also tofu spreads-ish (kinda like hummus but it's tofu) I still have to taste them but I'm sure it could be good to snack on with raw veggies0 -

This. I use it the same way I would use chicken or shrimp in a stir fry dish.0 -
Why would you use Tofu, especially American made tofu where 93% of soybeans are GMO?
I am just curious. Soy is known to mess up hormones in both men and women and also messes with Thyroid function.
So much for it being sucha a "healthy" food, huh?0
