Sometimes I find myself frustrated when I see people out enjoying their lives and looking FABULOUS while doing so. I always think, 'if I didn't have to worry about my weight, I would...blah blah blah'...What are YOUR thoughts?

I would put on a skimpy swimsuit and job on the beach....bahha....I would also wear beautifully fabulous tight fitting clothing....because i'm oh-so-tired of the old muffin top..:D

  • Give yourself credit for what you have accomplished and set small goals. Don't live a "maybe" life. Maybe when I lose this weight I will be happy....maybe when I can fit into a size 10 I can go on vacation.

Do it now and enjoy yourself!
  • I would probably wear sluttier halloween outfits haha

This is the EXACT reason why I changed my lifestyle. I got fed up with being uncomfortable in my skin and living a life on the margins because I didn't want to do certain things.

You CAN do these things! Set small goals and work towards them. One step at a time.

I would invest in a newer slinkier wardrobe and hold me head up with confidence. I know confidence should be found inside but it never hurts to look FAB on the outside either.
