Hello everyone!

Just joined today. I've had the app on my phone for almost a year but never used it. I've never been in a support group but have tried Jenny Craig and the likes which ultimately failed. I don't want to go that route ever again, but would rather commit to a lifestyle change involving more outdoor activities and proper eating habits.

I want to use everyone's progress as a source of continual motivation for myself and I would love to support others on their mission!
