I don't know if this is the right place for this question, but here I go anyway.

I take a multivitamin everyday. Specifically I take Centrum Liquid Multivitamin since I'm not the biggest fan of pills. The only problem with the liquid is it tastes so gross that I have to mix it with something that can mask the taste. I'm using Welch's White Grape Peach Mango juice right now, but the juice has too much sugar which makes me go over my sugar intake everyday. Does anyone have any suggestion of a liquid that I can mix the multivitamin in that will mask the taste and is low in sugar so that I don't go over on my sugar intake everyday?

Thanks!!

    maybe water with crystal light?
  • I don't like pills either! I take Centrum Chewables (citrus flavored). They actually legit taste like candy & still offer the same vitamins and nutrients as any other muilti. You can get them at Walmart!

@Acg67: Hmm... thanks for the suggestion; I'll try it.

I didn't know they made chewables! They're not sold where I get the liquid.

The liquid is expensive and I just bought a whole new bottle and I don't want to waste it, but I think I'll try the chewables once I finish with the bottle. :)

    Thanks for the suggestion!

I haven't tried this, so I can't speak to how well it would mask flavor, but how about brewing some really strong iced tea? When I want a sweet beverage, I like fruit teas like Celestial Seasonings True Blueberry. They taste sweet/tangy to me without having any calories. You could make a strong batch of that and put it in the fridge.
