tricks for last-minute shedding of water weight

I know we work hard every day to lose weight, but I think everyone can appreciate a little boost right before a big event or trip! What are some of your tips to drop some water weight or bloat at the last minute (day before vacation, day of event, etc)? I cut out salt, increase water a little, and eat a ton of asparagus since it's a natural diuretic. I try to cut out alcohol before a flight, but that airport bar always gets me. Any other tips?

    You could try a natron wrap. It's time consuming, but you'll drop an enormous amount it water weight.
