lead, follow or get out of the way

my dad used to say this to me as a kid. usually when i was impeding his movement. the idea always stuck with me tho, am i a leader, a follower or do i just get out of the way and do my own thing.

I've been a leader, i was good at it, but i hated the responsibility.. i'm an excellent follower, i do exactly what i'm told to, but i find this very constricting. so i would say i get the f*** out of the way and go on my own...

so that's me.. what about you, lead follow or get out of the way.
