If you click on the community tab, there's a box you can search for things. Maybe someone has posted one of the recipes you are looking for.:flowerforyou:

Hey, I have a great smoothie recipe

1/4 cup vanilla silken tofu - 60 calories
    4oz almond milk - 20 calories
    3/4 cup frozen peaches - 50 calories
    1/2 banana - 53 calories
    1/4 cup raspberries - 16 calories

total calories 199, total fat 3grams

You can sub fruit with frozen blueberry or strawberries.

For smoothies, I sometimes use light vanilla soy milk, ice and a teaspoon of all natural peanut butter. For extra fiber, I sometimes add a litle Fiber One cereal.

Another great dessert: Mix 8oz. lite cool whip, half cup of all natural peanut butter. Swirl a little sugar-free choc. syrup on top and freeze in cupcake liners. Delicious!
