Sharing a few Slow Cooker Ideas for this week! :-)

I was looking around for slow cooker Ideas, as when I get off at five and get my baby.. I don't feel like standing infront of a stove. well I ran across this website called sparkrecipes.com!
I just had to share with you guys what will be on the menu this week!
Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 cup of salsa
1 package reduce sodium taco seasoning
1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
Add chicken to slow cooker
sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken
pour salsa and soup over chicken
cook on low for 6 to 8 hours
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream
serve with rice.
it serves 6
calories (still put yours in the recipe builder because it could be lower or higher) 157.2
fat 3.3g
Carbs 6.7g
Protein 24.3g
Black Bean Chicken
2 cans blk beans
16oz jar Salsa
1/2 cup Brown Rice (uncooked)
1 lb chicken breast
Place frozen chicken breat in slow cooker
Pour beans, rice and salsa over chicken
Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours and serve
serves 6

Carb 40.0g
Protein 30.8g
