Question about Ripped in 30 plus extra cardio

Hi -
I'm kind of new to MFP and am totally loving this site. I've been doing the C25K program (I'm on week 3 day 3 today) and i've been doing Ripped in 30 two days a week in between my runs...plus I try to take some type of class like zumba, yoga or get in some extra cardio as well during the week. I've been considering doing Ripped in 30 every mornning 5-6 days a week and do either my running, classes or other cardio in the evening 5-6 days a week. But I thought it was bad to work the same muscles on consecutive days. From everything I've read and hear, you're supposed to let muscles "heal" at least one day between sessions. So I guess I actually have two questions:
1. Is it safe to lift weights every day with JM Ripped in 30? The program says 6 days a week and you progress to the next level each week for 4 weeks.
2. Do you think that adding Ripped in 30 to my current routine would be too much?
