    Congrats....you are an inspiration indeed. Maybe when I loose 50 I will be brave to pot before and after pics...I have quite a bit too loose though.

    This happened to me today. I took pictures of me for my 30 day shred progress - I'm on day 2. I just wound up deleting them. :/ I wish I wouldn't have so I could have something to track my progress. SO, what I am saying is I'm happy you posted these. :]
