Time to kick things into high gear

I've been on a slow road to my goal weight for two years now. My husband is currently deployed in Afghanistan and I need to loose as much weight as I can to surprise him. I want to loose weight to not only feel good about myself but to be healthy. I have really bad asthma so running for long oeriods of time are out for me. Any suggestions on what I can do to get things going would be greatly appreciated.

    I use a combination of walking, and Biggest Loser Yoga, as well as Wii Fit Plus. Also I weigh a pedometer all day while I'm up and walking around to keep track of how many steps I take each day. Hope this helps! Also feel free to add me if you need/want supportive friends
