It depends what your goal is - it sounds as though you are trying to establish some good habits. In which case you should work out today, even if you don't feel like it. It doesn't meant that you have to go full out for an hour - go for a 20 - 30 minute walk if that's all you can do today. As long as you get moving and get that workout done!

And don't forget that when you workout you get to eat a little bit more (make it a treat if the rest of your day's calories have been healthy ones )

Alos, rest days are very important - you don't have to workout every day, make yourself a schedule with 5 or 6 workout days a week and 1 - 2 rest days. They let your body heal from the stress you are putting it under on workout days.

    Good luck!

you are doing it more for the formation of the habit at that point and not so much for the burn (Not every workout has to be super intense, if you are exhausted take it easy and enjoy the process)...So relax, breath a bit deeper, enjoy the movement of your body more instead of worrying about getting that intense (slightly/moderately uncomfortable) burn ...

    Now move that body

    Basically, this.
