Cycling Carbs

Is anyone cycling carbs and if so, do you just change your goals section daily to help keep track? Does changing the goals for a new day change them for the previous days as well?

    I only cycle my mountain bike usually...

    no...seriously.....

    I do change things up but it is usally based on what is in the fridge....I am not that advanced because I am kind of stupid,,,,,,I dont know about the goal part of your question

    Yes, changing the goals will change all past and future goals also. I only know that because I've been playing with it to see what my body responds to better. I think I'm set at 50% carb/30% protein/20% fat.

    I don't cycle carbs though. I read about that plan but I've never found anyone claiming actual results from the plan.

    Thanks, I was afraid that past goals might change.
    I have not tried cycling the carbs, yet. I thought I might give it a go if I could get some good feedback on it.
    I am doing a straight 40/40/20 right now.
