ugh plateau i have bumped up exercise... what else can i do? and what are you eating? im getting tired of non real food? cant i just eat smaller portions of real non diet food?

    What does that mean "Real non diet food"?

    Eat less crap: (This is not food)
    C - carbonated drinks
    R- refined sugars
    A - artificial sweeteners & colors
    P - processed foods

    Eat more food: (This is real food)
    F - fruits & veggies
    O - organic lean protein
    O - omega 3 fatty acids
    D - drink water

    that makes sense. I have given up sugar and most white flours. I am trying harder to eat healthy choices.. subway is my new friend when i have to eat out. thanks
