Low calorie but very filling foods

Hi, I am starving.......trying to just do 1200 calories per day. I have yet to hit the goal of 1200 calories for the past 4 days but usually come within 200 calories. So what is a low calorie but very filling "something" I can eat. Soup???

  • I'm also doing 1200 calories. Try Fiberone cereal with skim milk and splenda. This has always worked for me for breakfast or a snack--it fills you up and is good for you! I also like to fill a bowl with frozen veggies and a little bit of something delicious ( 2 tablespoons of husband's leftover mac and cheese, for example), then microwave. You'll fill up on the veggies but it will taste better than just a bowl of veggies...
