Plateauing, HELP!!

Hey everyone! My weight has been the exact same number for a month and I'm getting ticked and just want to give up! I'm confined to a wheelchair and limited on what I can do, so I don't want to up my calories by a lot. Any suggestions? Thanks!

    Up your calories by 10% and up the intensity of your workouts if possible or add more time to them :)

    A common suggestion is to eat at maintenance for a couple of weeks, then resume your calorie defecit.
