I've been using myfitnesspal off and on for a while, but I'm ready to get serious! I gained a bunch of weight during grad school, and I wasn't exactly in shape before then. I want to lose that weight before my wedding in September. My fiance and I are going to try P90x together. But since we live in different states, I could use some extra help to stay on track! So I'm looking for friends on here to help motivate me. I don't have too much trouble getting myself to work out (usually) but my problem is definitely diet. Coca cola is my comfort food for sure. And chocolate. And pastries. I have never successfully lost weight on my own, and all the women in my family are overweight or obese. So I haven't exactly convinced myself it is possible. But hopefully this will change. Looking forward to meeting all of you!
