AB workout with injured knee

I've been boxing, kickboxing, and doing interval classes 6 days a week for a year now. It actually started at 2-3 days a week about 3 years ago, anyway I have an old knee injury that has happened again. It doesn't keep me from walking or standing, but I really need to stay away from squats, running, bouncing and such for a couple of weeks. So I've decided to work on my upper body, arms, back and abs. I've got a great workout for arms, chest and back but don't really have a great workout for abs. I do a lot of different exercises but I don't know the best way to put them all together. Here's a list of what I can think of:

Hanging leg lifts/knee lifts
sit-ups
sit-ups with a twist
crunches
knees to one side crunch
45 degree twist + heavy ball
leg lift
scissors
flutter
hip raises

So anyway, just wondering if I'm missing any good ones and/or a good way to do these as sets or timed. Just curious what everyone else does. Please don't point me to a video unless it's on youtube.

Good luck with all your goals and thanks for the input.

My trainer would have me sit on the top step in stairwell at an angle and bring each knee to my chest for 30 seconds. Another was same position but hold my legs up off the steps. But the ones I saw the most pain from (lol) was side planks where I raised and lowered my hip to the mat. Hope this helps, sorry I don't have "names" for these things.

I went back and looked at notes and he had me do supermans, hip thrusts and I would put an exercise ball between my feet while on my back and lifted my feet up above my chest. The smaller the ball the harder it was for me.
