What to do?

Since having to take 4 days off from working out to get my wisdom teeth out and not being able to eat hardly anything my diet has gone to hell. Nothing sounds good, i am getting real tired of logging and having to moniter every little thing i eat. before i started logging my weight was healthy and stable. i ate what i wanted and while it may not of always been healthy, i didnt gain or lose. I am just getting bored with this after a year................................

    Take a break. You know what to do by now.

    Just keep track of your measurements or weight and come back if there is a-trouble brewing.
