How do you log weight/aerobic videos like The FIRM or Joyce

Hi. I use weight training videos like The FIRM, Joyce Vedral's Bottoms Up, and Karen Voight Sweat Effects. I am having trouble figuring out how to log the video I did today- since I really don't remember what all the exercises were and how many reps we did of each one. It was basically a series of exercises for the upper body, then a series of exercises for the lower body with varying weights for each set.

Is there an easy way to do this?

I'm concerned for two reasons: 1) it will take forever to log each of these workouts if I have to do that and 2) when I did some push-ups yesterday,the system didn't give me any calories burned for those push ups.
