Ugh!!! I keep losing and gaining the same 2 lbs in a week and a half time frame....I'm still working out about 4 to 5 days a week and I've had an occasional cheat!! Very frustrating!!! I'm staying within my calories......just venting!!! Got to step it up a notch I guess!!!!
