I'm looking for other members to help keep me motivated throughout the GSP Rushfit program. This is the first time using a program like this or P90X. So any help in motivation would help.

Thanks.

feel free to add me as well

I'm in week three. Not seeing a lot of progress yet because I'm struggling to get my diet back under control, but I feel stronger and am really enjoying the exercises.

My honest opinion is that Rushfit is for people already in good shape looking to get into incredible. Not overweight struggling people looking to get into good shape. But best of luck guys

I am currently in week 5 of the beginner program. I feel awesome. This program will work for anybody. Just work yourself into it and go at your own pace at the start. I still struggle though many of the workouts because they are tough and enjoyable. I forgot to take my iches when i started but i can see a huge difference in my arms stomach legs and back muscles. So far i'm down 15lbs and gain inches in my arms. I did make a diet change by cutting out alot of food high in sugar and added more protien. Good luck.
  • I'm about to start week 4. I'm in love with this workout, it's focused on every aspect of good training: cardio, strength, endurance, plyometric and isometric training, stability, stretching, ab and core work and the "mystique" of MMA fighting movements in a special training session.

So far I'm definitely seeing my body more ripped though I still have fat to burn. I'm getting really serious about my diet at this point using myfitnesspal to measure everything and eat carbs only on breakfast and around the workout sessions (pre and post meals).

During the weekend I choose one day, let's say friday, and I eat more freely, trying to keep leptin levels high and do a small carb load. It helps me burn more fat during the rest of the week.

I come from pure weight training doing Max-OT, so I'm used to train like a bodybuilder (heavy sets, 2 to 3 minutes of rest between sets). This is a whole different thing where weight is not as important as amount of repetitions, explosive movement, isometric exercises and no rest between them until the round is finished.

I plan to do Rushfit throughout the rest of the year.
    I'd love a "Rushfit 2" DVD!
