Hi everyone I am Alishia. I am new to the buddy system but would like to give it a try. So feel free to add me. I am 34 and unhappy with the size I have become, and decided to get up, get moving, and change it. I hope to stay motivated and to be sucessful. Good luck to you all.:happy:
