Hey guys! This is only my second week using MyFitnessPal, so I'm still getting the hang of everything. I'm combining a Herbalife Nutrition program and INSANITY workouts to try and reach my fitness goals. I'm hoping to lose 35lbs. I know that's not a whole lot compared to some of you but its the same 35lbs I've been struggling to lose my entire life. I've always been an athlete, so not playing sports while in grad school and watching my body change has been painful; for confidence and sanity sake, I really want that body back. I live in NY, but am currently in school in NC, so I don't have my normal team of cheerleaders down here to push me. I'm hoping to gain some here. Cheer for me and I'll cheer for you! Tiff

Hi there, Tiff! Welcome to MFP! I'll be a cheerleader for you and I can always use some extra encouragement. I've been at this thing for about 6 months now and fell off track around the holidays and am trying to stay motivated. I also want to lose about 30-35 pounds! Best of luck to you!0
