Does anyone know how many pieces of the Stop&Shop white gem chicken breast tenderloin equals 4oz? I am trying to complete my day and log everything correctly but I have no idea. I should have weighed it but didn't realize the scale my husband had could be used for food

I just weighed a couple chicken breasts I happen to have hanging around (that sounds weird lol), the large one was 6.5 oz, the smaller one was 4 oz.0

Each of those in that package is actually half of a breast, weighs 3-4 oz. usually.
P.S. if you buy your chicken in whole breasts, especially bone-in and skin on, it's cheaper than buying B/S chicken breast, and you get more meat out of it. Just a tip :flowerforyou:0 -
dude just get a scale, its twenty bucks.0
