MFP and Airport Food

Today while traveling, I avoided my standard airport fare (Starbucks, Panda Express, Pappadeaux) because I just didn't want to have to log into MFP and write those calorie totals.
The accountability of logging all of this really helps.
But I would love some suggestions for eating healthy, yet not feeling deprived, while in various airports all day. The soup I had for lunch was ok (especially since it was free through the USO), but what I really wanted was some Pappadeaux cajun mac and cheese....the kind that overflows the plate and is my daily ration of calories in just one sitting! lol!

The only real suggestion I have is to look it up, know what it is. Order it, eat 1/2 or 1/4 and leave the rest there. May be hard to do, but you'll feel and be better off for it later.0
