NSV- From 30secs to 3min

When I first started this journey, part of my little exercises was to jog in place. Oh man, let me tell you!! At 300lbs I could only do 30 seconds at a time, I would be out of breath and sweating like I just ran a mile! So today, 17lbs lighter, I started my jogging in place but I did it for 3 minutes straight. I didn't get out of breath or sweat! I would have gone more but I had to get out of the bathroom. I am so happy! 3 minutes might not be much for some but for me it is amazing!!

    That's awesome. I noticed today that after doing Aerobics for about 3 weeks now, I'm able to do some of the exercises with less pain in my knee and closer to the way they are supposed to be done.
