It isn't coming up in the database, and hubby and I are starting it tomorrow.

    I log it as 20 minutes circuit training.

    Or see how many calories you burn with a heart rate monitor, and log it like that, make one of your own. :)

    before i had a heart rate monitor , i logged it as 20mins circuit training general , i found that MFP overestimated by about 50 cals x

    Also good to know. I don't have a HRM (or a good pedometer, and I could totally use both) but I'll use circuit training for now. :)
