Ladies, can you help me out?

The past few days have been harder for me than usual. I've had mega PMS and lots of gnarly symptoms. Either my appetite is crazy high or nothing sounds good and I can barely make 1200 calories by forcing myself to eat. I also have energy spikes where I'm hyper and overactive, then it immediately plummets and I feel nauseous and like I will never want to move again. I'm on the pill but it doesn't seem to alleviate the symptoms.
What I'm looking for is some advice on how I can stay on track this week and for the weeks like this in the future. I'm trying really hard to keep a steady pace and I've been exercising, but the biggest problem is my changes in energy level. It's making it hard to exercise and harder to eat. If anyone has experienced this and could offer some wise words, I'd appreciate it greatly.
