I am Lyndsey I am new to this site! I am a mother of a 2 year old! I am also joining the military I leave Feb 27 for basic and need to lose at least 5 more lbs. So I started calorie counting and working out more. I was told about this site by a friend and I have the app so far I really love this site! If y'all have any tips on losing or tightening a belly from having a baby feel free to suggest things!

welcome! i have several high school friends who have been in the military for many years now and absolutely love it. i don't understand the desire, but, i sure do appreciate it.
one thing that always helps me with my diet.. drink a lot of fluids. if you're like me and can't stand drinking a lot of water cause it makes your stomach sick, try drinking tea - regular, green, black, etc... i keep a couple of 1liter bottles on hand at all times. i pour a bottle of water, fill the rest with tea, add some sweet n low... i can drink 2liters with issues, usually more.
i'm sure you'll find a lot of good advice on this website. just remember to stay hydrated and everything in moderation.
