Looking for crockpot and casserole recipes!

Looking for healthy versions of southern comfort food faves. Also looking for crockpot recipes for the crockpot impaired! I never can seem to get crockpot recipes right... I either wait too long or not long enough, so a few tips and usage instructions would really make my day! My crockpot is a medium to large in size and has a high, medium, and low setting. That's about all I know about it! I also have a smaller crockpot with the same settings. Thanks everyone! I'll try to share some recipes as I find them!

i found this website a few days ago and There are some yummy looking recipes!! I haven't tried any yet but plan on doing so soon! If you try any you have to tell how they come out! hope this helps!
