DH wants Long John Silvers for dinner tonight. We buy the bucket of fish to go. If I pick the crust off can I count it as baked? or should I add a bit more to cover? I already know the hush puppies and other items are OUT, at least for me, but I'm thinking the naked fish should be ok. any info? thanks RJ
