Last day of January! How'd it go?

Today is the last day of January…how'd you do this month? We should all take a minute to congratulate ourselves on any success we had this month, big or small! And then it's time to start thinking about February. Yeah! Superbowl, Valentine's Day, and Mardi Gras…how will you fit these events into your fitness goals?

    I'd say January was pretty awesome for me seeing as it's when I started getting back into health & fitness! I was a little late jumping on the new year's resolutions bandwagon but that was the furthest thing from my mind anyway... this is a complete lifestyle change, not just a resolution. Anyway, can't wait for February! That only means even more progress! :D My workout on this last day of January went pretty well too.

    january was ok! gained from christmas and lost it all plus a few lbs.ready to kick *kitten* this feb :) x
