Ran with Gel Cushion Insoles Tonight---SOOO Nice!!

I had to go to ****'s Sporting Goods to get my daughter her soccer cleats and while waiting for the shoes I saw the insoles. I had just read an article about a runner who reccommeded them so I got them. I just hate the feeling of "pounding the pavement" on my feet. Tonight was a great run. It totally did not hurt at all and I think I was able to run longer too. Def recommend them to everyone running if you dont have any yet!!
