POST GYM WORKOUT

What do you guys take post gym? do u have carbs? or just protein only? interested to see what people have? a meal or a snack? if they are on the go and do u have it within the first 30min post workout?

    I have an " up and go" liquid bfast basically a high protein low sugar drink

    Protein shake with a banana and loads of water, all ingested within 10 minutes of putting down the weights.

    i try to eat a meal within 30 mins after the gym. I usually have some sort of lean protein and veg or salad then some nuts or yogurt.

    I take an 'extra potency vitamin B complex' tablet.

    It gives a quick release of energy which helps for an explosive workout
