I'm after some advice of supplements what's good for me what type and what not any help welcome ???

    It honestly depends on your aims.. Are you trying to aim for a lean build or a bulk up
  • Whey Protein and Creatine.

    Anything else that isn't legal (in the UK anyway) will more than likely not work.

    Multi-Vitamin, Fish Oil, Creatine, BCAA's, Whey Protein, and if legal an NO Product.

    My supplements at the moment are

    USPLABS - Jack3d (will not use this again, moving to another after this does)
    USPLABS - Modern BCAA's, you sip it as a drink through out your workout
    Optimum Nutrion 100% gold whey protein
    Creatine
    Swisse Multi vitamins
    Swisse Fishoil
    Flaxseed oil
    Berocca

    Thats it at the moment :)

    Start with a multi and fish oil, protein after workout. Order online - so much cheaper :p
