February Goals

Hi Guys,

I like to set myself monthly / mini goals - as it keeps me focused + I've got a lot to lose and my goal date is months away!

All of them are Non-Scales Goals, as I know if I stick to them the scales should start showing me what I want!

> To be within my Calorie intake for the each day of February till the 26th (I go on holiday then)
> To exercise 5 out of 7 days a week for the whole of February
> To fit into my skinny black jeans by the time I go on holiday.
