Motivation Needed...

I don't know if it's just the stress from knowing my first exams are coming up this and next week (Physics tomorrow, Cell Bio Thursday, Ecology and Organic Chem next week wends) or if I am just having a sluggish week but I really need some motivation...
I have to fight myself out of bed every morning, fight to eat anything at all, and honestly don't feel like I have time for anything but to study.
However, for the past month I have been hard core P90X everyday, I want to get healthy and fit and back to the shape I was in before I got lazy. I eat right and know that weight fluctuates when building up muscle so gaining a few pounds before losing again does not bother me.
Anyone have some motivating words that might convince me to just continue fighting through these two weeks?

Whenever I'm in one of my slumpy moods I set my alarm so when it goes off it plays fun disco music from the 70's.. I can't help but want to get up and dance.. play something that makes you happy
it'll start your day off better and will make you smile
