Hi i joined today

I joined Today and have battled with my weight for years, after having my first daughter 8 years ago i had an amazing weight loss when she started nursery as i was walking 5 miles a day during her hours at school, after having another daughter 2 years ago and a son 7 months ago finding time for myself and exercise is proving very difficult, I've always done weight loss by myself and have often found myself feeling very lonely, so this time Im trying a different approach and looking for support and friendship, through the dark hard times/days when all i want to do is comfort eat.After seeing counselors for eating issues and dietitians Im of the understanding that i am emotionally attached to food, i eat when Im stressed, unhappy, upset or angry, It's something i have always done since being bullied at school now it is something i do without even thinking. So if there is anyone out there that is willing to befriend someone that has issues with food and are able to listen to me rant and rave when Im having a bad day before i turn back to food please feel free to send me a friend request i could use all the help i can get. Thank you. x

    Hi girl I am the same way... When I'm lonely I turn to food. I'm trying to learn other ways to cope with it. We can help each other out!

  • Wow! I'm loving this app!! I'm finding people like me...i just like you but with a twisted: I love baking! And I love food. I love to give yummy stuff to people and I love to eat them to! So when I'm sad, happy, angry, frustrated, lonely, boring I turn out to food. So I'll be glad to be in your circle of friends! Add me! :)
