Hi MFP'ers!
I'm an Aussie living in Kuwait and using this fantastic site! Are there any other english speaking members out there that live in Kuwait. I'd love to hear from you on your diet and how you make healthy choices living in a country where sugar seems to be a food group on it's own (& added to almost everything). It would also be great to have some fellow expat's as friends to share tips with!
