OMG.

low fat and 86 cals per serving. Cream cheese with chocolate.

I need to try this, i bet it woulkd be amazing with fruit or on a rich tea buscuit as an instant craving curer!

    at a guess yes. but philly is lower cal than most cream cheese.

    im struggling to think of snacks to satisfy a sweet craving AND get some protein in.... this may be perfect

    plus hubby is trying to gain (MFP goal is 3100 cals a day) and i reckon i could get this into him easily.

    86 calories per 30g serving. I can imagine it'll be quite easy to have more than 30g ;)

    Used to make something similar to this years ago when I was doing the South Beach diet - Quark mixed with cocoa powder. I wonder where they'll be selling it - I definitely need to try it!! :love:
